Shannon Severance was born and raised in central Florida. Upon graduating from high school, Shannon married into the United States Coast Guard and started a family of her own. They conducted over 8 PCS moves across the country from the East Coast to the Central Pacific.

Today, Shannon is RE/MAX Honolulu's Director of Business Growth. She was awarded the prestigious RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award in January 2019 and was honored as RE/MAX Honolulu’s Overall Top Producer from 2016 - 2019, inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, and has been a part of the RE/MAX International Chairman's Club from 2014-2019.
