Meet Perry Kunishige

Perry Kunishige, born and raised in Hawaii, is a top producing real estate agent, actively marketing and selling properties for over 35 years. Perry has consistently led the real estate market in sales and was recognized among Hawaii’s “Top 100 REALTORS®”.

Since 1988, Perry was a consistent top producer, starting his career with Herbert K. Horita Realty, one of the largest developers in the state. In 1992 and 1993, he was honored as top producer and top lister of the company amongst seven offices. In 1994, Perry managed over 100 agents in the Principal Broker’s office. In addition he became Sales Director for Hawaii’s newest multibillion resort, the Ko Olina Resort & Marina.

From 1999 to 2009, Perry represented project developers Nauru Phosphates Royalties Development, The MacNaughton Group and The Kobayashi Group, and sold luxury developments including Hokua - one of Hawaii’s premier luxury developments, Hawaiki Tower and Capitol Place. Perry has represented clients statewide, including Manoa, Kahala and Hawaii Loa Ridge, some of Hawaii’s prestigious neighborhoods.

In 2010, Perry joined Hawaii’s largest real estate company. He was Vice President and a Global Luxury Property Specialist specializing in luxury sales. Perry was top producer and top lister at the Honolulu office which was the top producing sales office in the state.

In 2020, Perry joined a luxury real estate firm as Vice President and Principal Broker, selling and leasing commercial and residential properties and having direct management and supervision of the entire firm and all its sales associates. The firm represented Irongate, the developer of the Ritz Carlton Waikiki, and marketed six Grand Penthouses totaling $56 million. Perry was honored to represent investors and developers and sold multifamily and commercial buildings.

Perry obtained his MBA with top honors. Perry’s real estate professional designations include Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). He was an honored recipient for the Million Dollar Guild Award. Perry completed his education for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
